Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the fragrance in its original, unopened packaging and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
